Hardcore Crushing Ltd were approached by a new client from London to provide a competitive quotation for the demolition of a concrete 3-deck multi-storey car park and internal stripping-out works — in preparation for the conversion of the former Tesco/O2 Call Centre building back to its original warehouse and office use.
We were delighted to find out that our quotation was the most competitive and to be awarded the contract.
The works involved the careful dismantling of internal structures and ground floor accommodation within the Call Centre Hall — including:
The 3-deck car park required careful, methodical demolition given its concrete construction and proximity to the main building — working floor by floor and removing materials safely without risk to the adjacent structure. Throughout the works the site was kept clean, tidy, and well-organised to a standard consistent with our reputation.
