Our crusher hire comes with fully trained and well-experienced operators with the correct PPE such as (hard hats, ear/eye protection, dust masks, gloves, steel toe cap boots, high visibility jackets and harness) and all crushers are also fitted with magic eyes (which determine how much material goes into the jaw before cutting the feed off so the jaws don’t get overfilled.)
They all come with fine belts which can separate different size aggregates and each is fitted with a sprinkler system that is designed to reduce the amount of dust produced. Our fleet of crushers consists of 1 x KLEEMAN Mobicat 110 R which weighs 43 tonne. 1 x 34 tonne Sandvik QJ241.
Hardcore Crushing provide the full Crusher Hire package, not only do we hire crushers to clients, we also provide contractor crushing services, this service provides our customers much more as we can also bring excavators with breakers and multi-processors allowing us to deal with demolition wastes including concrete slabs, we will load our crushers with our own machines and also stockpile the material for you.
We also include our own risk assessment method statements, dieseling of machines and transport to and from your site.
