Sport Facilities Demolition, Liverpool

This was a relatively compact but well-executed project for one of our larger clients — Redrow Homes. The project involved the demolition of an old block of changing rooms and associated sports facilities in Liverpool, making way for new residential development on the site.

The Project

Working for a large national housebuilder like Redrow Homes demands a professional, reliable, and consistent approach. Our team mobilised to site efficiently, carried out the demolition safely, and cleared the site to the standard expected by a client of this calibre.

The works involved:

• Demolition of the changing block and sports facility buildings
• Removal of all internal fixtures, fittings and equipment
• Breaking out of associated hardstanding, paths and ground slabs
• Material recycling and correct waste disposal
• Site clearance to a clean, level finish

Result

The sports facilities were demolished cleanly and efficiently, all materials disposed of correctly, and the site handed over to Redrow Homes' main contractor ready for the housing development to proceed. A smaller job for a big client — delivered with the same level of professionalism as any of our larger contracts.
